A video of the rocket attack on Kyiv appeared on the Internet today, June 5, at around 6 am. The shelling resulted in explosions in Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts of the capital.
Energoatom also published video from surveillance cameras of the South Ukrainian NPP, which recorded the flight of a Russian missile over the station today at 5:30 am.
They add that this is probably one of the enemy missiles that hit Kyiv this morning.
So far, all fires caused by the shelling have been localized. One person was hospitalized as a result of enemy rocket fire. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.
The General Staff said that the Russian invaders fired five X-22 cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea in the direction of Kyiv. Four of them hit infrastructure facilities in the north of the capital.
Commenting on the morning rocket attack on Kyiv by the occupiers, the German newspaper Bild called it the largest attack on the Ukrainian capital in recent weeks.
