In the Kharkiv region, the Russian army struck Chuguiev with Uragan multiple rocket launchers. A man was killed and two women were wounded as a result of enemy fire.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, an apartment building was damaged. Investigators and professional experts are currently working at the sites of shelling.

The prosecutor’s office has started criminal proceedings for violating the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment.
The Prosecutor General’s Office is asking witnesses of Russian war crimes to capture photos and videos, as well as to send evidence to a special website.
