On the morning of October 18, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the private sector of the village of Obukhivka near the Dnipro.
Updated at 11:32 am. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports the destruction of a private house and an outbuilding, 21 private houses, 11 outbuildings, a car and a low-pressure gas pipeline were damaged.
According to preliminary information, a 31-year-old woman died.
Four more people were injured. Currently, the injured are being helped.
According to the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, rescuers, policemen, and the medical service are working at the scene.

An air alert was announced in the Dnipropetrovsk region at 09:44 on October 18 due to the activity of the tactical aviation of the Russian Federation.
Within two minutes, people in Dnipro heard explosions.
