The so-called governor of the city, Mykhailo Razvozhaev, was in no hurry to comment on the nightly “cotton” for some time.
Around two o’clock in the morning, Razvozhaev said that it was people who heard how the system of automatic destruction of an air target flying low over the sea surface was activated.
In the city, Razvozhaev insists, everything is calm, infrastructure objects were not damaged.
