The explosions in Kryvyi Rih on August 26 thundered approximately at 11:18 p.m.
At the same time, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about the threat of ballistic missiles from Crimea.
Half an hour after the explosions in Kryvyi Rih, the head of the city’s Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, said that the news was disappointing, and already at one in the morning he clarified that the enemy had launched a rocket attack on a civilian infrastructure building.
In the morning, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported that the Russian army had struck the hotel.
During the explosions in Kryvyi Rih, six shops, four high-rise buildings and eight cars were also damaged.
A woman and a man died.
Five people were injured. A 43-year-old woman (in serious condition) and a 37-year-old man (in moderate condition) are in the hospital.
Three more people will be treated at home.
Six people needed psychological help, two of them were children.
The fate of two more people is currently unknown. Presumably, they may be under rubble.
Search operations are ongoing.
