Russia’s military commissariats have stepped up work with conscripts who have been discharged from military service since 2012.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has such data.
According to the information available to the Ukrainian side, persons with military specialties of driver, mechanic-driver, scout, and junior commanders are called to the military registration and enlistment offices.
The official reason for the call is to hold a training meeting on these military specialties.
They last three months.
At the same time, in the territory of the so-called Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, agitation is continuing among the population with Russian citizenship.
The Command of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is taking such steps to solve the problem of replenishing its units.
Currently, some of the withdrawn Russian units are located in tent camps in a number of regions of the Russian Federation on the border with Ukraine.
– Soldiers refuse to take part in further hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. The moral and psychological condition of these personnel is low and has a tendency to deteriorate, – stated in the Armed Forces.
It will be recalled that Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Malyar has very strong doubts about the announced number of the Russian army – almost 1 million servicemen.
According to her, the fact that after more than 18,000 losses of Russian personnel is looking for mercenaries, mobilizes all reserves and tries to attract teenagers, shows that the figures were false.
