Russian troops advanced from south to Izium – British intelligence
Russian troops continue to shell cities in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine. The invaders advanced further south of the strategically important city of Izium, which remains under their control.
According to British intelligence, in the north, Russian invaders are now completely withdrawn from Ukraine to Belarus and the Russian Federation.
– Many of these forces will require significant replenishment before being ready to deploy further east, with any mass redeployment from the north likely to take at least a week minimum, – the intelligence said.
The enemy can send part of these forces to eastern Ukraine for fierce fighting in the Donbas – in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
British intelligence has suggested that any mass redeployment from the north will last at least a week, because Russian troops need significant replenishment before further aggressive action.
