Military aid from the Netherlands as part of supporting Ukraine can be an unpleasant surprise for the aggressor country of Russia. This is the opinion of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.

– I cannot tell you everything that we are negotiating with the Dutch government. I would not like to prepare the Russian Federation for unpleasant surprises for it, – emphasized the head of state.

Zelensky did not say what kind of weapons the Netherlands government agreed to supply. However, he specified that mainly during the negotiations with Prime Minister Mark Rutte, the supply of artillery systems was discussed.
