They can use outdated T-72 or T-62: Musiyenko on depletion of stocks in Russian warehouses

Russia is running out of modern and modernized tanks, so it is likely that the soldiers involved in the war in Ukraine during the new wave of mobilization will use the outdated T-72 or T-62.
This was stated by Oleksandr Musiуenko, director of the Center for Military Legal Studies. According to him, significant problems with weapons have been observed in the Russian army recently.
– The quality of this army is an interesting aspect, because, in addition to the fact that there are a large number of people who have already forgotten their combat experience, there is also information that there is something wrong with the weapons that must be provided to these servicemen. The situation with tanks is not so good anymore, i.e. modern stocks of tanks in Russia, in particular, modernized ones, are running out.
Musiуenko noted that most likely Russia will arm soldiers with Soviet T-72 or T-62, which are still in storage, but these tanks may also need significant repairs or be unusable.
– All modern or modernized tanks have mostly been used since the date of the full-scale aggressive invasion on February 24th and now, that is, they are running out. Most likely, they will be armed with outdated T-72, or even T-62, which are still in storage. In addition, the weapons that are removed from storage warehouses are in large numbers in need of serious repair or unusable. And this also has an effect, – Musiуenko is convinced.
