Back in May, Putin began the covert mobilization of Russians – GUR

In May, after the first significant failures of his army, Russian President Vladimir Putin began a covert mobilization of Russians.
This was reported by Vadym Skibitskyi, a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Ukraine.
He noted that already in May, the first signs appeared that Russia was unable to cope with the tasks it had set before itself.
– At the same time, the first so-called volunteers began to appear, the “combat army reserve of the country” was recruited, Russian private military companies began to actively recruit people, so-called patriotic battalions appeared, which were to be recruited by all federal entities of the Russian Federation. There were many examples of covert mobilization, but no one talked about it, – he said.
We will remind you that on September 21, the head of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, announced a partial mobilization, as part of which it was decided to call up “300,000 reservists”, according to official data.
Unofficially, the mass media announced information about the Kremlin’s plans to mobilize 1 million, and even 1.2 million people.
Due to the mobilization, protests broke out in the Russian Federation, in particular in the territory of Dagestan. And Russians began to flee en masse from the Russian Federation to neighboring countries.
