Scholz appealed to Putin: Terror of Ukraine must stop immediately
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to stop missile attacks on Ukraine.
This was reported by the head of the press service of the German government Steffen Hebestreit on Twitter.
According to him, Scholz appealed to the Russian president during a briefing with Cypriot President Nicas Anastasiades.
– The bombing of the civilian population of Ukraine must stop immediately,” the German Chancellor strongly stated.

Earlier, Chancellor Olaf Scholz warned that his country should be prepared for an escalation of the situation in Ukraine, as Russia’s failures at the front are constantly growing.
At the state party conference of the SPD in Friedrichshafen, Scholz also called on Putin to withdraw the Russian army from the entire territory of Ukraine and end the full-scale war.
