Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has already lost Ukraine and failed to destroy the unity of NATO.

This was stated by US President Joe Biden in an interview with PBS NewsHour.

– “Putin has no chance. He’s already lost Ukraine… He thought that if he invaded Ukraine, first of all, every Russian-speaking person would welcome him and say: Come in. Secondly, he thought that NATO would collapse, NATO would do nothing, they would be afraid to act… None of this is happening,” the American leader emphasized.

He also assured that the U.S. assistance to Ukraine during the war would be indefinite. According to Biden, “this is a strong commitment.”

The US President was responding to statements by a small group of members of Congress from the Republican Party that Washington was giving Ukraine too much aid, and that the money should be spent on Americans. In response, Biden reminded that the Kremlin’s plans may not be limited to the seizure of Ukraine.

– “If these guys don’t want to help Ukraine, I understand they don’t want to do it. But what are they going to do when Russia rolls through Ukraine, or into Belarus, or somewhere else?” the American leader asked.

He called it unacceptable that the United States would stand by while tens of thousands of Russian troops try to invade Ukraine.

Joe Biden recently delivered his annual speech to the US Congress. He called Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine “a test for the whole world” and promised to continue supporting Ukrainians. According to Biden, the United States was able to unite NATO and build a global coalition.
