The US State Department does not exclude the possibility of recognizing the Russian Federation as a state sponsor of terrorism

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that the State Department does not rule out the possibility of adding Russia to the list of state sponsors of terrorism for atrocities in Ukraine.
During a question-and-answer session at a Senate committee hearing, Senator Lindsey Graham asked Blinken about the possibility of adding the Russian Federation to the list of state sponsors of terrorism.
-Never say never, – replied Anthony Blinken.
