This was reported by Pentagon deputy spokeswoman Sabrina Singh on Tuesday, August 8.
She emphasized that President Biden “gave the green light” to make this possible, as well as to support the process of training Ukrainian pilots on the F-16.
– As you know, the training process is led by Denmark and the Netherlands, – noted the representative of the US Department of Defense.
At the same time, Singh emphasized that, as of now, there are no official statements from the American side regarding the details of future training.
