According to eyewitnesses, thick black smoke is coming out of the building on Elektrozavodskaya Street, and firefighters are heading to the scene.
Local media report that the fire started on the first floor of the paint shop, which is located at a plant for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products and metal structures.
The area of the fire is still 50 square meters. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
The power plant was built in 1928. It manufactures electrical equipment for all industries. It produces transformers, shunt reactors, autotransformers, complete switchgear and transformer substations and other equipment for the needs of power plants and grid companies.
