Can hit Moscow: Scholz found another reason not to transfer Taurus to Ukraine

Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz once again stated that he does not want Taurus long-range missiles to be in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as they are capable of hitting Moscow.
The words of the German politician at a meeting with the residents of Dresden on February 29 are reported by the DPA agency.
“Taurus – a missile with a maximum flight range of up to 500 kilometers – is a weapon that, if used incorrectly, can hit a certain target somewhere in Moscow,” – Scholz explained his position.
He added that if these cruise missiles are handed over to Ukraine, Germany will have to take a direct part in their launch. And this, according to him, is impossible.
Scholz against the supply of Taurus to Ukraine
Earlier, the chancellor of Germany stated that he is opposed to the supply of Taurus to Kyiv, as it creates the risk of involving Germany in a war against Russia.
