A Tu-95MS was damaged: Russia’s Defence Intelligence and Armed Forces attack three airfields

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine organised a special operation to attack three airfields of Russian troops. It became known that Tu-95MS bombers were damaged.
This was reported to RBC-Ukraine by sources in the Ukrainian Defence Forces and an unnamed source in the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
Attack on Russian airfields
At least three Tu-95MS strategic bombers are likely to have been severely damaged in a drone attack at Engels-2 airfield. Sources in the Ukrainian special services claim that seven occupiers were killed there, including bomber pilots.
At the military airfield in Yeysk, Russia, two Su-25 attack aircraft were destroyed by Ukrainian drones and four occupiers were killed, a source in the Main Intelligence Directorate reported.
Another Russian airfield in Kursk has been attacked, but the details and consequences of the strikes are still unknown.
A source in the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine said that the consequences of this attack alone will be felt by the occupiers in the long term.
On the night of 5 April, a massive attack by Ukrainian drones took place in Russia. Russia reported the alleged downing of 53 drones in different regions.
In particular, Ukrainian special services attacked Morozovsk in Rostov Region, Yeysk in Krasnodar Krai, and Engels in Saratov Region, where Russian airfields are located.
