Ukraine hit 15% of Russia’s refinery capacity – Reuters

Attacks on Russian oil refineries damaged up to 15% of the capacities on the territory of the aggressor state.
This was announced by a NATO representative on Thursday, April 4.
The bloc believes that Moscow is still unable to muster the resources and manpower to make a breakthrough in Ukraine, and that such attacks are forcing it to turn its attention to domestic problems, including expensive repairs to oil systems.
— As for the damage, the strikes probably disrupted the work of more than 10% of the capacities of the Russian oil refining complex, and possibly more than 15%. Depending on the extent of the damage, repairs can take a long time, – a NATO official told reporters.
At the same time, he added that the series of such attacks indicate that Russia is able to protect fewer such objects of critical infrastructure.
Strikes by Ukraine from the Russian refinery – the president’s position
Earlier, P resident Zelenskyу responded to Western partners who urged the Armed Forces not to attack Russian refineries, as this could have a detrimental effect on global oil prices.
According to him, everyone who condemns similar actions of Ukraine should come to our country and live in conditions where invaders destroy civil infrastructure, forcing Ukrainians to sit without electricity, heating and water around the clock.
