The US is able to provide military support to Ukraine until the end of 2024 – Sullivan
The United States has enough resources to provide military support to Ukraine throughout 2024.
This was stated at the briefing by the US President’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
According to him, despite the fact that the USA has provided Ukraine with aid in the amount of 60 billion dollars , the White House calls on the Europeans to continue helping Kyiv.
He also emphasized that the calculations of Russians or critics of Ukraine, who claim that time is supposedly on Russia’s side, are actually wrong. Ukraine is capable of continuing to defend its territory and the United States has provided everything necessary for this, Sullivan said.
“With the amount of resources we have, we can continue to supply Ukraine with what it needs until the end of 2024,” – Sullivan said.
The adviser also noted that a difficult path lies ahead, because Russia will try to break through Ukrainian defenses. But the US believes that over time Ukraine will improve its position and win.
