Voice of Europe, owned by Medvedchuk, may be subject to EU sanctions

The Voice of Europe media platform, controlled by Viktor Medvedchuk, a former MP from a party banned in Ukraine, may be subject to EU sanctions.
This will be the 14th package of European sanctions against Russia and its allies.
This was announced by the Vice President of the European Commission, Vira Yurova, reports Seznam Zpravy .
Sanctions against Voice of Europe – reasons
The Voice of Europe broadcasting platform, according to preliminary information from the Czech special services, could influence the results of the European elections.
Therefore, the Czech Republic put this media company on the “black list” at the end of March.
“Voice of Europe is also used to influence and actively spread disinformation and propaganda directed against the territorial integrity, independence, sovereignty, stability and security of Ukraine,” – government officials in Prague said at the time.
