The Russian Federation is recruiting Africans for the war in Ukraine: British intelligence has named the reasons
In the intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain, they believe that Russia has intensified the recruitment of Africans to participate in hostilities in Ukraine, because the resource of prisoners has been exhausted, and further mobilization is dangerous for the Putin regime.
