Explosions in Kursk: a high-rise building burns down after Russian air defense operation
On the night of August 11, explosions occurred in the Russian city of Kursk.
According to local Telegram channels, there were at least seven explosions, and the air raid alert in the city continues.
Acting Governor of the Kursk region Alexei Smirnov informs that air defense is actively working in Kursk.

Russian publics claim that Kursk was attacked by MLRS, and that air defense systems intercepted at least ten targets.
As a result, one of the missiles landed on the roof of an apartment building, and a fire broke out at the site of arrival.
Smirnov promptly reported that all emergency services involved in firefighting had arrived at the site of the strike.
According to eyewitnesses, there are victims. Their number has not yet been specified.
The shell damaged the facade of the building, balconies, windows, and there are debris and charred cars in the yard.
