The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, announced that Ukraine submitted a memorandum to the UN International Court of Justice.
According to him, this should help bring Russia to responsibility and compensate for the damage caused to Ukraine.
– Ukraine submitted a memorandum to the UN International Court of Justice. We prove that the Russian Federation has violated the Genocide Convention by justifying its military aggression with baseless accusations of “genocide” by Ukraine. This is an important step to bring the Russian Federation to justice and compensate for the damage caused, – Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote in a message published on his Twitter page on Friday, July 1.
