President Volodymyr Zelenskyу canceled his decrees regarding the delegation of Ukraine to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG).
The corresponding decree No. 621/2022 was published on the website of the head of state.
The Trilateral Contact Group was established on June 19, 2014. Its mission was to peacefully settle the situation in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (ORDLO), where Russia invaded in 2014.
The Trilateral Contact Group included Ukraine, the OSCE and the Russian Federation. As part of the TCG, the parties proposed initiatives that were later outlined in the Minsk Agreements.
President Zelenskyy declared invalid his decrees regarding the creation of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG, its composition and other issues. Thus, the previous decrees of the president became invalid as of September 1, the document says.
Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s decree canceled four decrees for 2020 and 2 decrees for 2021. In addition, the presidential decree of July 30, 2020 was canceled.
