On the morning of September 25, Russian troops directed four kamikaze drones to Odessa.
Updated at 08:31. Air defense forces shot down one of them.
The other three aimed at the administrative building right in the center of the city.
According to the head of the joint coordination press center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Nataliya Humenyuk, the fire is currently being extinguished, and there are no casualties.
– The attack of kamikaze drones is already a practice that the enemy has adopted in recent days.
That is why we ask to stay away from administrative buildings and shopping centers – Nataliya Humenyuk said on the air of the national telethon.
Updated at 08:13. Serhii Bratchuk, the spokesman of the operational headquarters of the regional military administration, confirmed that the city was subjected to an enemy attack.
– Yes, Odessa was attacked by enemy drones. The rescue operation is ongoing, – Serhii Bratchuk said.
Recall that people noticed the enemy kamikaze drones in the city at approximately 06:08.
Immediately afterward, explosions were heard one after another.
After the drone attack, thick smoke billowed into the sky over one of the city’s facilities.
