In the Kharkiv region, collaborating farmers handed over 70% of the harvested crop to the Russian occupiers.
The owner of several agricultural enterprises on the territory of the Shevchenkiv community turned out to be a deputy from the now-banned political party OPZZH.
– She voluntarily handed over agricultural products and fuel to the invaders, as well as provided its own premises for the location of military formations and military equipment of the aggressor state, – the SBU reported.
Instead, the occupiers actually allowed her to seize other people’s agricultural lands and the equipment of other agricultural enterprises, the owners of which did not cooperate with the enemy.
– For this purpose, the invaders appointed her to the position of head of the so-called “union of agricultural producers” and authorized them to take under their “external management” the assets of other farms, the report says.
