In Luhansk region, 10 occupiers raped a 12-year-old girl – intercepted by the Security Service of Ukraine

In the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, Russian occupiers raped a 12-year-old girl. And in captured Donetsk region, a woman became a victim of the Russians.

This is evidenced by the interception of the conversation of Russian soldiers who talk about their crimes.

– These soldiers raped a 12-year-old girl and 10 people. They can’t be found, that’s why they don’t let anyone into the city, – the occupier, who was recently mobilized in the Russian Federation and whose unit is based in Kreminna, Luhansk Region, tells the girl.

Another Russian soldier from near Bakhmut also complains about restrictions on movement due to the fact that one of the mobilized deserters or so-called volunteers raped a woman.

The Security Service of Ukraine reminded that they are systematically working to identify war crimes committed by Russia. Investigators have already opened almost 16,000 criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.

It will be recalled that earlier the special representative of the UN Secretary General on sexual violence in conflicts, Pramila Patten, reported that rape and sexual violence committed by Russian soldiers in Ukraine are part of the “military strategy” of the Russian Federation.

She noted that the Russians have a “deliberate tactic to dehumanize the victims.”
