CIA Director Bill Burns arrived in Kyiv during the largest Russian missile attack against Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war.

During the visit, CIA Director Bill Burns was supposed to meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyу and intelligence colleagues.

At the time of the massive attack, Burns was in the safety of the US Embassy.
