Additional intelligence is needed: what does the Main Directorate of Intelligence know about the volume of ballistics supplies from the DPRK to the Russian Federation

Additional intelligence is needed to estimate the amount of ballistic weapons that North Korea transferred to Russia for shelling Ukraine.
Andriy Yusov, the spokesman of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, said this on the air of the telethon, answering the questions of Vadym Karpyak, the host of ICTV.
– The very fact of cooperation has been known for a long time, the supply of artillery shells, ammunition, shells for rocket launcher systems, mines is something that has not been confirmed. As for ballistics, the collection of data and additional intelligence is now continuing in order to be able to analyze the situation in more detail and comment, – he explained.
According to him, despite the fact that both Iran and North Korea openly supply Russia with weapons, they do not publicly confirm this.
– In general, there are few governments of countries that are ready to officially support the Russian Federation. Even the closest allies shun such support and try to avoid confirmation, – Yusov emphasized.
The day before, Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin confirmed the use by Russian troops of missiles made in North Korea , which was previously discussed in the White House.
After the strikes by the Russian Federation on December 29 and January 2, the coordinator of the National Security Council of the White House, John Kirby, said that Russia used ballistic missiles that it purchased from North Korea.
