– The Russians would be very happy to freeze everything as it is now. So that we recognize the territory they captured as Russian, – says the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
Under such conditions, Kyrylo Budanov adds, the Russians would celebrate their victory.
– However, this will never happen, – assured the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence.
