The destruction of the ship Serhiy Kotov of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation was officially confirmed by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The patrol ship Serhiy Kotov of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation was attacked by a special unit of the Main Directorate of Intelligence Group 13 on the night of March 5.

The stern, right and left sides of the project 22160 vessel were damaged after strikes by Magura V5 marine drones.

The ship Serhiy Kotov was hit in the territorial waters of Ukraine near the Kerch Strait.

The mission took place thanks to the cooperation of the Main Directorate of Intelligence with the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

According to the Main Directorate of Intelligence, the value of the sunken ship is about $65 million.

The OP leader noted that the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation is a symbol of occupation.
