Mercenaries from Nepal are deserting en masse from the occupying army of the Russian Federation – Main Directorate of Intelligence

Mercenaries from Nepal who came to fight against Ukraine are deserting en masse from the ranks of the occupying Russian army.
This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, noting that Russian commanders justify this fact to their leadership by inventing various nonsense.
— The escape of mercenaries from Nepal, attached to the military unit 29328 of the Russian Armed Forces, was caused by huge losses in “meat assaults”, the brutal attitude of Russian field commanders, including extrajudicial executions for refusing to follow orders to go to certain death, as well as – non-payment of promised money, – the intelligence explained.
The Main Directorate of Intelligence added that the invaders are actively searching for fugitives in occupied Ukrainian settlements, in particular in the Luhansk region. It is noted that, as a rule, this process does not produce results.
The leaders of the Russian motorized rifle military unit in their reports to their leaders explain the desertion of Nepalese with nonsense about the probable “departure to their native country due to an earthquake.”

As the intelligence explained, getting from the occupied Luhansk region back to Nepal on your own is not an easy task. In addition, citizens of Nepal may face prosecution in their own country for participating in hostilities against Ukraine as part of the Russian army.
The desire to earn “easy” money has turned into a trap for Nepalese mercenaries, from which there is no safe way out.
