This is the way, new steps are needed: Zelenskyy on the Global Peace Summit
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on the results of the Global Peace Summit and preparation of the next steps.

– No pauses now. We have taken the first tangible step towards peace – in unprecedented unity of the world’s countries. It is a success that for the first time in our history so many leaders and states have gathered for the sake of Ukraine and peace,” the President said in a video address following the 845th day of war.
According to the head of state, peace is always a path, so new steps are needed. And Ukraine is already preparing them, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
– “We are preparing the accession of states to the final communiqué of the Summit. We are preparing the work of groups on the points of the Peace Formula so that states can unite for the sake of clear specifics, those decisions, plans and actions that will actually return security.
Ukraine seeks a just peace
In fact, Ukraine already has a preliminary schedule for the summer months. According to the President, the Ukrainian side will not slow down.
– We will keep communication with our partners as active as before. Ukraine never wanted this war, and naturally, it wants a just peace more than anything else. And we see that it is possible. We are bringing peace closer,” the President stressed.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked everyone in the world who helps, defends Ukraine at the front, and works for our country and people.
Extraordinary courage and dedication allow the state to work with completely different partners in conditions of equal respect for the fair interests of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced.
