– Please note that during emergency shutdowns, schedules that can be predicted in advance do not work, – the message says.

This decision was made as a result of a massive missile attack on Ukraine on August 26.

The Minister of Energy of Ukraine reported that the consequences of the enemy attack are still being established, and repair crews are already working on the ground.

– The enemy is once again terrorizing all of Ukraine with missiles. Energy is under the spotlight. The enemy has no plans to deprive Ukrainians of electricity. The operator of the transmission system urgently introduced a mode of emergency power outages. The situation is complicated, the consequences of the attacks are being clarified. Energy companies are already working on their elimination, – he said.

The enemy launched dozens of rockets and drones at various cities. As a result of the explosions in Kyiv and Odesa, the lights went out in some areas of the cities.

As Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported, due to power outages in some areas of the capital there are water supply interruptions.

 

Power outages have already been reported in Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia and Odesa regions.

– Energy workers throughout the country work 24/7 to restore the light in the homes of Ukrainians, – DTEK notes.
