The United States joined the investigation into the causes of the F-16 plane crash.
The commander of the Air Force, Mykola Oleshchuk, announced this and officially confirmed that as a result of the plane crash, the pilot Oleksiy Mes on the pseudo Moonfish was killed.

Oleshchuk noted that the causes of the plane crash are now being clarified, “no one hid anything and is not hiding anything.” The preliminary report was also provided to partners from the USA, who have already joined the investigation into the causes of the F-16 crash.
– I assure you that a detailed analysis is already being conducted, an investigation is underway. We must carefully understand what happened, what the circumstances are, and whose responsibility it is. And it will be done! – he emphasized.
Oleshchuk responded to Bezugla’s criticism
Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk responded to Maryana Bezugla’s scandalous statement that the F-16 plane was allegedly shot down by its own air defense and that the commander did not respond to her post on Facebook.
He said that information about such incidents cannot be immediately released into the public space and cannot be detailed for the media.
– War in the country! But it doesn’t matter to the people who chose Maryana Bezugla as a tool to discredit the top military leadership. It will not work to hang all the dogs on the army. Therefore, I appeal to the people’s deputy, who long ago sold her name to achieve these despicable goals. Maryana, the time will come when you will apologize to the entire army for what you have done, I hope in court!

The crash of the F-16: what is known
The day before, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the loss of one F-16 multi-role fighter during the repulse of a massive missile attack on August 26.
During the air battle, F-16 aircraft demonstrated their high efficiency, four enemy cruise missiles were shot down by airborne weapons.
During the approach to the next target, communication with one of the aircraft was lost. As it turned out later, the plane crashed, the pilot died.
