Artur Nugradinov: The number of contracts determines the demand on the market

Артур Нуградінов

Well-known engineer Artur Nugradinov spoke about the specifics of the American market in the GSM signal segment, and also admitted what he sees as his mission.

 – Arthur, what nuances should be taken into account when working on the American market?

– Long distances – you need to cover a large area with a GSM-signal. For example, California has an unstable landscape. Often the plain turns into hilly terrain. This is a very interesting springboard for creativity and new ideas for optimization and improvement.

Watching now

Building base stations for a stronger and more stable cellular and Internet signal. When I flew to the USA, having visited several states. Including in California, in Orange County. I noticed that here the signal jumps very strongly, there is no stability.

Or take Irvine. If you are closer to 405 HW, then the signal is more or less stable. But if you go inland closer to the mountains, then there is almost no signal. The voice is indistinct, often interrupted. Internet packets are torn. You don’t need to go far, this is already a small city that can be covered with a stable network, thereby increasing the comfort of its residents.

Let them not know the names of engineers who innovate in the field of telecommunications networks. But we engineers know that communications will be better today than they were yesterday. And tomorrow is better than today.

– What prospects do you see in the field of building base stations and improving the transmission of a GSM signal over long distances in the US and other world markets?

– The essence of this technology is that companies will build fewer base stations. And, accordingly, incur less costs for the construction of base cell communication towers and for their subsequent maintenance. This means that profits will rise.

The larger the profit, the more taxes the companies will pay to their states. Everything is connected here. I want to benefit consumers by reducing the cost of cell phone service. And to help companies reduce the cost of building and maintaining BS (base stations).

Thus, increase the company’s revenue and tax deductions. This is my business plan.

– What challenges do you see in the field of building base stations and transmitting a GSM signal in the context of the active development of new technologies?

– The challenges are related to the decision to find the optimal settings for the range/power consumption/equipment wear.

Find a balance between 5G signal transmission, or build a base station that will operate on three frequencies, but without 5G. In this case, use the receiving equipment with frequency aggregation. Thereby increasing the distance of signal transmission without loss of speed.

– Your knowledge and experience in the field of improving the GSM signal can be applied not only in commercial, but also in public projects. Do you plan to participate in projects for the public benefit?

  – My project plan includes the so-called “rule of three”. The first is to improve the quality of cellular signal coverage – this can allow people to receive better communications.

The second is to reduce the cost of building base stations, their maintenance, save on the cost of electricity. This will increase your business income.

And thirdly, the state will receive more taxes by reducing the cost of maintenance and construction of base stations from commercial organizations.

  – How do you plan to measure the success of your projects in the English-speaking markets?

– The number of contracts. Both commercial and government. All together will be a litmus test for determining the demand in the market.

  – What are we here for, if not to leave a mark on the Universe? – you admitted that this quote from Steve Jobs motivates you. Have you formulated a set of motivational business rules for yourself?

  – Always develop. Love your business. Give all your best to 100 percent. Give people the best. Offer high service, help the state become stronger. Do not waste your life on something that no one needs.

Bring only useful things into the world. Don’t be afraid of new ideas.
