By Decree No. 637, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy implemented the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated September 7 to impose sanctions against 606 Russian officials.
Russian Prime Minister Mykhailo Mishustin, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Mykola Patrushev, his deputy Dmytro Medvedev, Director of the Federal Security Service Oleksandr Bortnikov, Minister of Defense Serhii Shoigu and others were subjected to restrictive measures.
Control over the implementation of the NSDC decision is entrusted to Oleksiy Danilov.
