Ukrenergo introduces emergency blackouts: where restrictions will apply
Emergency blackouts are introduced by Ukrenergo due to a difficult situation in the energy system.

Emergency power outages will operate in Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa and Donetsk regions.

Power outages were reported in Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia and Odesa regions.
Energy workers were forced to apply emergency blackouts in some regions.
