In Kharkiv, the Russian military shelled the Gorky Park: a man was wounded
In the morning in Kharkiv, several enemy rockets exploded on the territory of the Gorky Central Park of Culture and Recreation. The rides Galleon Barbados and India received the greatest damage.
According to the Kharkiv city Сouncil, people were working in the park during the shelling by Russian troops. The landscaper, a 57-year-old man, was injured and was taken to hospital for treatment.
As a result of the shelling, ancient trees were broken, the stage in the Retro-Park, some cafes and park benches were damaged.
The head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleg Sinegubov noted that it was not the first time that Russian troops had shelled Gorky Park from Gradov, one of the most favorite places for Kharkiv residents to relax.
According to him, over the past day, the invaders delivered 39 strikes from artillery, mortars, tanks, MLRS in the areas of Saltovka, Pyatikhatka, Alekseyevka. During the day, Dergachi and settlements of the region were intensively shelled.
Among the victories is the destruction of two Mi-8 transport and combat helicopters of the Russian Federation, liquidated by the Ukrainian portable anti-tank missile system “Korsar”.
