Updated at 09:10. Earlier, the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Borzov, reported that an air battle is underway, the Armed Forces of Ukraine control the sky over Vinnytsia.
The mayor of the city, Serhiy Morgunov, said that the sounds heard by the townspeople are the work of our air defense. He urged people not to leave their shelters.
