The G7 countries will undertake to support Ukraine indefinitely – Bloomberg

G7 leaders are committed to providing Ukraine with indefinite support to protect it from Russian invasion.
This was reported by Bloomberg, after reviewing the text of the draft statement of their summit in Bavaria.
– We will continue to provide financial, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support and support Ukraine as needed,- the statement said.
Bloomberg notes that this wording is particularly important because some members of the alliance are concerned about the prolongation of the war, and some, like Germany and France, have hinted that they may be more open to the idea of a ceasefire through negotiations.
The document also states that world leaders are considering the possibility of using tariff revenues to support Ukraine.
Earlier, the leaders discussed how to coordinate actions to combat rising inflation and prevent the threat of recession, as well as how to maintain pressure on Russia.
In addition, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson plans to call on France and Germany to provide heavier weapons for Ukraine.
The head of the British government plans to use these talks and the NATO summit on June 28 in Madrid to agree on tougher action against Russia.
