Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain put forward a version of why the fall draft in the Russian Federation will begin on November 1, that is, a month later than usual.
The Ministry of Defense believes that the late start of the draft is influenced, in particular, by the pressure on Russia’s ability to train and equip a significant number of newly drafted personnel.
And this pressure, the intelligence of Great Britain emphasizes, is only growing.
In Russia, there are also significant problems with accommodation, training, equipment, and deployment of mobilized and conscripted personnel.
And the shortcomings of the administrative and logistical systems in Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain believes, will continue to undermine all efforts.
We will remind you that on September 30, nine days after the partial mobilization order, the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, ordered another fall draft in the Russian Federation.
According to the document, Russia intends to train 120,000 conscripts, who are allegedly forbidden by law to be sent outside of Russia.
