Germany handed over the TRML-4D missile detection radar system to Ukraine

Germany handed Ukraine the first TRML-4D radar system, which can detect enemy missiles. In total, Hensoldt has to provide four such systems in record time.
This was reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security. TRML-4D is known to be capable of finding, tracking and classifying various types of air targets.
In particular, the radar system can separate small, high-speed, low-flying, maneuvering cruise missiles. At the same time, TRML-4D can track up to 1,500 different targets at ranges from 0.01 to 250 km at a maximum altitude of about 30 km.
Germany also recently handed over the first of four promised IRIS-T (SLM) air defense systems to Ukraine after a series of missile strikes by the Russian army on Ukrainian territory.
