The Russian Federation may be preparing another stage of “partial mobilization” – British intelligence

The Russian authorities do not rule out the possibility of conducting another stage of “partial mobilization” necessary for a new offensive in Ukraine.
This is stated in the summary of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain.
On January 22, 2023, the media reported that Russian border guards were preventing Kyrgyz migrant workers with two passports from leaving Russia because their names appeared on mobilization lists.
In addition, on January 23, the press secretary of the Russian dictator Dmytro Peskov stated that the decree on “partial mobilization” continues to remain in force. According to him, the decree is still necessary to support the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
– It is possible that the Russian leadership continues to look for ways to meet the need for a large number of personnel necessary to support any major offensive in Ukraine in the future, while minimizing internal dissent, – the British Ministry of Defense notes.
