The US will soon announce additional aid to Ukraine – White House
The United States will soon announce further security assistance to Ukraine.
This was stated by the deputy spokesperson of the White House, Olivia Dalton.
-I expect we will be announcing additional security assistance soon, – Dalton told reporters aboard Air Force One.
Answering a question about whether the US will send F-16 aircraft to Ukraine, Dalton repeated the words of US President Joe Biden, who answered “no” to the same question from journalists.
Biden has repeatedly said that the issue of planes is not under consideration.
Dalton also emphasized that the US remains in constant contact with Ukrainian officials regarding needs.
On January 25, Joe Biden announced the transfer of 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine. He emphasized that Ukrainians need tanks because the Armed Forces are preparing for a counteroffensive.
