Arms manufacturers in the Russian Federation cannot meet the requirements of the Ministry of Defense – British intelligence
Arms production in Russia almost certainly does not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to ensure the war against Ukraine and long-term recovery for defense needs.
Such a statement was made in the intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain on February 15.
The British Ministry of Defense did not ignore the visit of the Omsk Transport Engineering Plant by the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Dmytro Medvedev.
The latter, in particular, went to call on workers to increase the production of tanks after the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has already several times publicly emphasized that “the defense industry should better support the “special military operation”.

Then Vladimir Putin criticized the Deputy Prime Minister responsible for the defense industry, Denys Manturov, over the order of aircraft for 2023.
Putin asked Manturov not to “glue the fool” because “there are no contracts, and the minister assures that everything will be done.”
