Warsaw will ask Biden for planes for Ukraine – Polish MFA

During negotiations with US President Joe Biden, who is in Poland today after yesterday’s visit to Ukraine, Warsaw will raise the issue of providing Kyiv with modern aircraft.

This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Pavlo Jablonsky, in an interview with Polish Radio.

According to him, this topic will be discussed today with Biden, in particular, during the Bucharest Nine summit.

Today, February 21, Joe Biden will hold talks with the President of Poland Andrzej Duda.

The President of the United States will also address the Polish people in the Kubicki Arcades in the gardens of the Royal Castle.

In addition, Biden is scheduled to meet with the leaders of the Bucharest Nine – NATO member states in Central and Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
