Ukraine is not related to the explosions in the Baltic Sea and does not have information about the “pro-Ukrainian sabotage group” on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream-2 gas pipelines last year.

Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated this. According to him, Ukraine is not involved in this.

– Although I like to collect interesting conspiracy theories about the Ukrainian government, I must note. Ukraine has no relation to the incident in the Baltic Sea and does not have information about the “pro-Ukrainian sabotage group”. What happened to the Nord Streams? “They sank,” as they say in Russia itself, – Podolyak noted.

Recently, The New York Times published an article in which the blasts on the Nord Stream gas pipelines are linked to allegedly pro-Ukrainian forces.

At the same time, the article notes that they have no evidence that the leadership of Ukraine was involved in the operation, or that the perpetrators acted on the instructions of any Ukrainian officials, including President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

However, it is noted that the perpetrators of the explosion were allegedly opponents of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, but did not specify the members of the group, as well as who directed the operation or paid for it.
