This statement was made by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, Tagesschau reports.
– Ukraine is a democratic country. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is responsible for leading the country. But he must also be open to the will of Ukrainians,” he said.
According to him, the United States, along with many other countries, is ready to help Ukraine defend its territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence and return the occupied parts of the country.
– This includes a counteroffensive that is likely to begin in the coming weeks,” Blinken said.
