Russia will have enough funds for at least a year of war – secret documents

Under the conditions of increased sanctions, Russia will be able to finance the war against Ukraine for at least another year.
The Washington Post writes about this, referring to the secret documents of the Pentagon, which were recently leaked to the network.
The documents allegedly say that US intelligence records the concern of Russian oligarchs about the economic situation in the country, but also their gradual adaptation to sanctions.
– Although some representatives of the Russian economic elite may not agree with the country’s course towards Ukraine, and the sanctions have harmed their business, they are unlikely to give up their support for Russian President Vladimir Putin, – the newspaper writes.
It is noted that the Kremlin decided to cover the costs, which are constantly increasing, by raising taxes for big business and spending the reserves of the so-called “sovereign welfare fund”. At the same time, business is gradually adapting to sanctions, building new import chains.
It will be recalled that the European Union is discussing the eleventh package of sanctions against Russia , in particular, a ban on the import of oil through pipelines and diamonds.
